Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 7 days of the first session. Approved reimbursements will be issued via the original purchase method within 10 business days. Participants may request to reschedule a session by notifying us at least 3 days before the scheduled date. Certain bespoke coaching packages are non-reimbursable due to resource allocation and personalized preparation.

5.2 Information Products

For digital materials such as recorded workshops or electronic course guides, requests for reimbursement are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days via the original purchase method. Access to downloaded content will be revoked upon approval of reimbursement.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical courseware may be sent back within 30 days if in original, unused condition. Customers must arrange shipment to our office at NGO COLONY, Badvel, Andhra Pradesh 516502, India. Shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility. Once received and inspected, reimbursements are issued within 10 business days via the original purchase method.
